General conditions

mybookchios.gr serves customers within Greece. Shipments outside Greece can only be performed by special agreement.

In mybookchios.gr available for on-line purchases are only the products that bear the specific indication. The characteristics and other accompanying data of the products sold are available and you can find out by following the search instructions listed in mybookchios.gr and selecting (click) on the name of the respective product. The rest of the products are an update to the Company and can be ordered only after special arrangement and if they are available.

Orders placed in mybookchios.gr are subject to the approval of the Company. The acceptance of the order by the Company is given by sending a relevant email. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of unavailability or cancellation of products.

The information contained on this website and in these Terms of Use does not constitute a proposal for sale, but an invitation to update. A contract will not be considered to have been drawn up with respect to any products unless your order is expressly accepted by the Company.

The price of each product is the one indicated on our website, next to each product and includes VAT. These prices refer to the products and quantities which are available in the Company’s warehouse.

Submission / Cancellation of order

The submission of an order for Products constitutes a binding proposal for the purchase of these Products at the total price indicated during the submission of the order, as it includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges, and any discounts to which you are entitled as a visiting customer. Your order is completed with its acceptance by the Company by sending a written confirmation email to you at the email address you indicated when submitting the said order. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS

All names, images and marks used by the Company are registered or used with the permission of the holder.

For any dispute arising from the use of mybookchios.gr, the competent courts of Chios have jurisdiction.
